When does the Summer Market Begin?

The Summer Market begins after Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, on Saturdays from 10AM - 2PM. We also run Winter Market after Thanksgiving to the Saturday before Christmas. Vendors can apply for the Summer Market Here

Is the Wonder Building available to rent for private events?

The space is fully available for rent. You can rent the East Hall or the entire floor.

Rent the East Hall for your event of 40 to 80 guests or the entire Wonder Building first floor and host up to 400 attendees. With in-house catering, guests can enjoy our versatile Victory Burger, Wonder Market, Uno Más Taco shop, Chad White Hospitality, and Koselig Kitchen menu offerings in various formats, including heavy appetizers, open-house light bites, or a multi-course dinner buffet.

Additionally, AV, microphone, tables, chairs for up to 130 guests, and group games, such as ping pong, corn hole, and giant Jenga, are all included in the space for guests to enjoy. With unlimited potential, transform this unique space into an upscale affair or a networking haven for your next event and truly make it your own.

What games and activities are in the space?

There are three super screens on the East Hall, plus two additional TVS on the West end at Victory Burger and Victory Bar for all of your game watching enjoyment. Additionally, there are four ping pong tables, two foosball tables, giant jenga and cornhole for guests to enjoy.

Is The Wonder Building space pet friendly?

We love our furry friends but we do not permit them inside the space. You are welcome to sit outside on our patio with your pals if you'd like.

Do you permit outside food? Or desserts?

We do not permit any outside food within the space. Dessert (limited to cake, cupcakes and cookies) can be permitted if given previous notice and there is a $25 outside dessert fee. To coordinate bringing a dessert please email: spokaneevents@esrhospitality.com

Does The Wonder Building allow outside decor?

While we love to celebrate we do not permit outside decor without a rental of the East Hall or entire space. This includes but is not limited to balloons, confetti, petals, structural pieces, candles, banners, table toppers, etc.

Is The Wonder Building kid friendly?

Absolutely! We love having kids in the space. We kindly ask caregivers to enforce respectful boundaries of the space and other guests utilizing the space.

• Parking in the garage is Diamond Parking. Payment can be made via the machine inside the garage. We do not offer validation. It is $1.25 an hour for up to 7 hours
