Join the Lob Mob!  High Tide Lobster Bar was created in 2019 by James Beard nominated Chef Chad White to bring the rich flavors of Maine style lobster rolls to the Spokane area.

In addition to serving up Spokane’s favorite lobster rolls, High Tide also offers other fantastic flavors like Shrimp, Spicy Mushroom and Brisket Rolls, Clam Chowder, Wedgie Salads and more.

Evans Brothers Coffee was started by two brothers, Rick and Randy Evans in the summer of 2009. They developed their vision for this family-owned business over long lift rides at Schweitzer Mountain Resort’s Chair 6 in the winter of 2008/2009. Randy had worked in specialty coffee for a decade, while Rick had a background in business development, sales, and marketing.

Their intention with the business would be to create a long-lasting company that would add tremendous value to their local communities, and that would strive to connect people with the story of the coffee itself. They would create special experiences around a cup of coffee, showcasing the producers and importers that do so much of the real work. Traveling to origin and connecting at this level has always been important.

Equally as important to the brothers has been creating a place for true connection in their communities, to inspire people and provide a sense of place.

Starting as a wholesale coffee roaster, EBC also has retail cafes in Sandpoint (next to it’s roasting facility), Downtown Coeur d’Alene, and most recently, at the Wonder Market. You will find a complete espresso, coffee, tea and chai menu, rotating seasonal drink specials, fresh local pastries, and savory handpies from Bean & Pie.

Bosco Pasta & Panini offers Chef Ethan Stowell’s famous fresh made pasta, paninis, and salads in a convenient and fast counter service environment. The mood is casual and fun but this pasta is serious!

Popular Stowell classic pastas like ’The King’ Spicy Sausage Rigatoni and hand rolled Potato Gnocchi are available as well as house classic cocktails, local craft beers on tap, and exclusive local and Italian wines by the bottle and glass.
