Victory Burger is what fast food burgers should be. Delivered from a Pacific Northwest chef using fresh and natural northwest ingredients, these are honest burgers in all their glory. Located in Spokane’s historic Wonder Building, Victory Burger is the perfect place to grab a burger and a beer while catching a game or gathering with friends.

Popular burgers like the namesake ’Victory Burger’ with victory sauce and ‘The Cowboy’ with bacon, smoked cheddar, pico de Gallo, pickled peppers, and bbq sauce are available as well as dill pickle fries, a variety of salads,  house classic cocktails, local craft beers on tap, and exclusive local and Italian wines by the bottle and glass.

Campestre (Country) style taco shop from Chef Chad White, Uno Más, is serving up Big A$$ Tacos! These are NOT street tacos – not even close.

Think rustic, hearty, country-style Mexican food with culturally and regionally inspired flavors that you would find in the State of Jalisco, Mexico.

Evans Brothers Coffee was started by two brothers, Rick and Randy Evans in the summer of 2009. They developed their vision for this family-owned business over long lift rides at Schweitzer Mountain Resort’s Chair 6 in the winter of 2008/2009. Randy had worked in specialty coffee for a decade, while Rick had a background in business development, sales, and marketing.

Their intention with the business would be to create a long-lasting company that would add tremendous value to their local communities, and that would strive to connect people with the story of the coffee itself. They would create special experiences around a cup of coffee, showcasing the producers and importers that do so much of the real work. Traveling to origin and connecting at this level has always been important.

Equally as important to the brothers has been creating a place for true connection in their communities, to inspire people and provide a sense of place.

Starting as a wholesale coffee roaster, EBC also has retail cafes in Sandpoint (next to it’s roasting facility), Downtown Coeur d’Alene, and most recently, at the Wonder Market. You will find a complete espresso, coffee, tea and chai menu, rotating seasonal drink specials, fresh local pastries, and savory handpies from Bean & Pie.

Koselig Kitchen (pronounced koosh-lee) is a Spokane area based kitchen that is focused on bringing nostalgic eats and frozen treats to farmers markets, parties, birthdays, weddings and any special event in the greater Spokane and Northern Idaho area.

Chef Renée Bolstad’s earliest memories have been in the kitchen, either chopping up mushrooms at three while her dad mimicked the Swedish Chef from the Muppets, or baking Norwegian treats with her grandma and cousin at Christmas time.  Koselig is a word she learned later, but felt everyday at her grandmother’s house growing up.  It is a Norwegian way of life where coziness meets happiness.

Chef Renée hopes to bring a little koselig into every bite to transport you to a memory of running up to an ice cream truck or getting a snack from grandma.  Koselig Kitchen will bring experience in big, bold flavors, classic techniques and childhood memories of nostalgic eats and frozen treats.
